Selling a house

I have a house I want to sell. I had a couple of people interested before the lock down, both made reasonable offers but I wasn't in a position to progress with the sale. Potential buyers have kept in touch and have now made further offers, very much lower than their first offers. I have declined the offers.

There is for me no urgency to sell, happy to wait until normality (whatever that mat be) returns, the only ballache will be looking after the place, a bit of gardening, dusting and so on.

So, what do you lot think will happen to the housing market? I have no idea. I'm sure there will be a few chancers who will try to buy at very low prices, seems I've got a couple of those already! Will people put off selling/buying until they understand how their financial position develops?
