Neighbour's behaviour during lockdown

Anyone worried that what might kill them is the behaviour of their neighbours?
I live on a ground floor flat, my neighbour upstairs decided to get her two daughters a puppy during lockdown.....so naturally, living in a small first floor flat with a tiny roof terrace, a St Bernard was the obvious choice. It does NOT stop barking.
My neighbour next door decided that a trampoline wasn't enough, so has bought her two kids a bouncy castle. And you can all imagine the noise the fan makes keeping that up. So that's droning away for most of the day. Given we live in London where back gardens are packed in pretty tight, it seems there is no consideration for the many people living nearby who now have to put up with living next to an industrial fan.

Yeah I'd never be that guy to start reporting people.
First off is a vent/moan on here (LOL) then I'll probably get in touch with the bouncy castle neighbour next week to point out in a friendly manner than having an entire summer of that noise just isn't on.
The issue with the dog is tougher, not like she's going to get rid of it only having had it for a month.

Once it's rained and got algae and vomit on it etc. the bouncy castle novelty will wear off and it'll never get used again, so if you can make it the next couple of weeks that problem will probably fix itself.
With regards to the puppy, as mentioned it's unlikely to be allowed in the terms of the lease so that's an option to investigate, alternatively get the noise cancelling headphones as advised, and play some barking dog videos on youtube loudly enough to set the dog off, or get a dog whistle to keep the thing bouncy and barking whilst they try to sleep.
Remember to remain bitter of heart and passive agressive of action at all times, it's the British way

Hmmm yes good point on the algae, we just need some nice rain and it'll start looking far less appealing. And hopefully break the fan ha ha. In terms of the lease, we both own our flats so share the freehold of the building (Victorian house converted into two flats) so not sure if there are rules in our overall lease that would cover things like dogs? Could be worth getting in touch with my solicitor just to check anyway, but then that's the mean route to go down though.
