Glass trophy repair

I have a glass trophy that I am quite fond of, unfortunately a globe that sits atop it has been detached after an altercation with the floor.

The two separate bits are complete, and essentially want joining back together with a bit of polishing up.

Can anyone recommend a company that does such things?

Buy some Power Bond glue £9.99 it’s not super glue. Put on a globule it doesn’t set until you push it together. Incredibly strong. As to polishing a mop on a Drexel?

Thankfully it isn’t quite so phallus shaped!

Whilst I could attempt it myself, I’d prefer to get a pro to do it properly

Maybe talk to a glassblower? Might be possible to soften each side and fuse them together.

If it was me I'd use that special superglue for glass.

I used glass glue to repair a glass photo frame that had sentimental value. The repair (joining base to front face) is hard to detect.

Have a look on ebay for UV Glass Glue, you can usually get an LED UV lamp and some UV glue for less than a tenner.
