Former tenant using my rental address as a registered office

A former tenant of mine is still using the address of the house he rented from me as his registered office despite moving out in January. He's even filed a confirmation statement with companies house in July so it's hardly an oversight.

It only came to light when bailiffs started coming to the address for debts incurred by his company which is obviously concerning for my new tenants. They usually go away once she's has told them they aren't connected but one in particular has been quite aggressive in their tactics and trying to intimidate her saying the new tenancy doesn't prove anything as as far they are concerned its the registered office.

I've been on the Companies House website and I cannot find any way to report this to them. What options do I have?

Just to add, he never had permission to run a business from there and his tenancy agreement specifically forbids it.

They'll probably send a letter to the company's registered address.

It's an easy thing to forget about or miss. I believe you also have to change your VAT registered address too.

The dodgy fker hasn't forgotten, he's doing it to avoid bailiffs and debt collectors.
