Currently living in my fifth country. I’m not sure I will add to that total. It is possible, although not sure how many more times I can get my wife to move!
I like living in different countries, particularly if the language is not English. To me time seems to go by more slowly if you are faced with something different (conversely if you get into too much of a routine it seems to fly by).
My wife has lived in one more country than me (although she was on her third aged three whereas I hadn’t even left the UK for a holiday before I was 21).
In assessing whether you have “lived” abroad I think only permanent residence counts. I used to work for a US company and spent at least 6 months in total working in the US but it was always the odd week and spent in hotels rather than in one block.

Born in NI, moved to England at five, moved to US at seven, back to UK at nine and did school, college and first work here.
In work I’ve lived in Mexico (1 year) Germany (two years) France (2years) and Holland (5 years). Now retired and living in Portugal.

I think that living abroad is an enriching experience. It opens your eyes to different ways of doing things (unless you consciously avoid the host culture) but can also make you appreciate your home country and culture better as you notice things that you otherwise take for granted. Also, If you have never lived abroad it a bit like saying beef is your favourite meat, having only ever eaten beef. You might be right but without comparisons it carries less meaning.

Did spend 3 years rotating between NL, DE and LU with a house in NL and LU and 3 days a week in each so kinda of 4 (Germany was a hotel and work).
I think it certainly changes perspective, helps my wife is a expat kid so has not lived in her native US as ab adult.
