LED driver oddity

Good day to you.
I have a strange intermittent issue with some LED drivers. In our 2nd bedroom with have 2 downlights, both with their separate drivers, connected back to a LightwaveRF switch (conventional lighting circuit not power to switch). Very very occasionally (talking once a year tops) one of the LEDs fails to light up, the other one is unaffected. Disconnecting and reconnecting the LED light from the driver (yes I know... danger danger etc. etc.) makes no difference. The only way to get it to work again is by turning off that floors lighting circuit and re-energising it. Usually it's the far light that is effected but yesterday it was the near one.
Anyone had similar occur? I have about 25 similar drivers around the house and none of them do this, it seems to only happen in the 2nd bedroom.
Much head scratching has taken place.
