Not sure if there’s much interest for the likes of this but going to go through the journey of renovation to completion via Instagram.

Page is here, interesting backstory is I went to the school accross the road and remember liking the property all these years ago.

Over 2000 sq/ft 3 bedroom penthouse with tower and roof terrace.

As soon as I saw the pic I realised I knew where it was. I lived on the same street for a few years but genuinely never noticed it until I saw the pic!

That’s the listing photos, it needs a lot of work!

It’s one of those places that goes under the radar so to speak, going to light the tower up as in the dark it’s pretty much invisible!

Strap some fireworks onto it on New Year's Eve...

A guy I knew lived in one of the other flats many years ago (and even longer ago I went to the school across the road).

This property converted the roof and acquired the tower over three phases so I believe!

Converted to flats in 1984 I think it was.

Full of unusual features like the spiral and stained glass

Drone shot of the tower.

Presumably there no way to embed Instagram pictures in here rather than links is there?

That’s a very interesting and fairly local property! Look forward to seeing how it progresses. All the best with it.

That’s awesome.

This place might interest you:

They used to rent it out - I went to a business dinner there, the main room is all tower.
