I own our driveway , the house next door has reasonable access over my driveway , they are not allowed to park on our driveway . The issue I have is that they travel at some speed down the driveway which is dangerous , can i restrict the speed . Also they have several stables , they employ a firm to take away the horse manure , this leaves a lot of mess on the driveway , can i restrict accesss as they are not residents to the neighbouring property , the huge tractors also damage the verges of my drive , can i request that they clean up the mess

You can request a lot, outcomes may vary!

I'd suggest a simple conversation about wear and tear, and costs involved. Faster use, or heavier vehicles will be causing damage, the waste left behind needs to be dealt with by the 3rd party too.

All can be done amicably if you can have a sensible, friendly chat.

Same here (though next door is great). Our deeds are very specific about his rights and responsibilities. What do your deeds say?

Our neighbours have an easement and use our driveway. No issues, but we do speak to them... Have you tried that?

you need to start with the details of the right of way which maybe broad or tightly defined. They will be on your " deeds".

And as above have a conversation.
