Need to get another one to match and can’t find it anywhere.

My guess is that it's a lock that's been made from either a plumbing or electrical fitting, hence the "off" logo and arrow.
The bracket/hinge part looks kie something from a suitcase or trunk.
Doesn't look standard to me!

I have those fittings on an extending dining table with leaf inserts. They are on the underside of each insert to secure it to the next.

Sorry OP, I don't know what they're called.

At first I thought it might be something along the lines of a vintage motorbike fuel petcock due to the "on/off" labels, but I couldn't quite make it fit. Down the "find the latch" rabbit hole I went and found this - The Malik Multi Latch. I've learnt a new thing today smile
