Cladco Plastisol Metal Sheets
Discussion
I’m currently building an outdoor kitchen and plan to use Cladco plastisol coated metal sheets. I’m a bit unsure how many I’ll need though - the area is:

So 5.3m total length - which would be 6 sheets at 1m a sheet. However sheet 5 is going to have a lot of wastage - can I cut the top right corner and rotate it to use for the small cutting?

Have never worked with metal sheets before so forgive me if this is a stupid question.

I roofed my garage in this stuff last year & I'd say you probably could. It's tough, especially in 0.7mm profile. But it is steel & will corrode on cut edges, so probably need to pay attention to rust proofing if you do chop sheets up. Quantity wise, you need to take into account the overlap, I can't remember what was recommended but it pays to follow the guidance.
If you're interested in how it looks, here's my garage during the job. We weren't especially concerned about the aesthetic, it's just a garage after all but I think it looks ok & it goes up quickly, two of us did that in an afternoon. One other tip, overlap toward the windward side,so as to avoid water being blown into the overlaps.

Just used some for wall cladding on a garden room / man cave.
Can't help much with the practicalities of cutting, as I used full sheets.
However, worth looking at their delivery charges as they were a lot relative to the cost of the materials.
I ended up going via the Roofing Super Store. Still delivered by Cladco, but much cheaper than going direct.
Cheers

I've used quite a bit of wriggly tin from Cladco in Glasgow as it was cheap enough to justify a trip down with a trailer from Aberdeenshire.
No issues with the product but it must be the most chaotic/disorganised business I've ever dealt with. Never had a phone call to say my order was ready, just have to try and guess and phone at the right time. The yard is even worse, stuff strewn randomly everywhere and no one takes accountability for helping those in to collect so you need to just keep hassling the staff who always seem about ready to have a meltdown! Entertaining but allow loads of time!
I've since found someone else locally who're even cheaper so no need to bother anymore.

It’s proving to be extremely difficult to get a company to fulfil an order without charging outrageous delivery charges to Scotland.
Tried Cladco in Devon who wanted £300, roofing superstore looked promising - delivery went to £105 on their e-store when I put my postcode in, submitted order then got an email late last night saying delivery to Scottish postcodes is £330 - their website states delivery to mainland UK, with additional charges for Scottish Highlands & Islands - last I checked Glasgow wasn’t in the Highlands!
Still no response from Cladco in Glasgow. Might need to go drop by during the week.

Managed to get an order placed with Cladco in Glasgow, due for delivery end of the week. Structure essentially ready for the sheets now.
Looks good, are they delivering them for you?Let us know how you get on dealing with them - as I said above, I found them hilariously badly organised! Products was good though.
