Paint for tyres

I've got a couple of 20" tyres that I thought I'd make into a ball pit or a swing for my toddler daughter, and I'd like to paint them but wondered what a good paint would be good to use that wouldn't just flake off. Any thoughts chaps?

Failing that, would anyone like two part worn 255 50 R20 tyres
