Why not in supermarket shelves?

If it has to be that it can't be bought in a supermarket, in this order:

If it was a typo and needs to be a supermarket:

  • Bar Keepers Friend
  • HG Stove Glass Cleaner (more your local DIY place)

What’s the tray made from? Steel or aluminium? And is it coated at all?

Sort of determines the answers….

Go cast iron!

Season and enjoy.

One of mine is a decade old now and nothing sticks. Can also use on the hob.

I doubt they are just plain carbon steel, likely plated or stainless? But yeah, oven cleaner probably! Or a scouring pad.

But also, embrace your well 'seasoned' now non-stick trays!?
