The house looks fantastic in either set of photos.

Theirs. Your pic of the kitchen looks like something from a Samsung catalogue as opposed to what you/they are selling. Not meant to cause offence.

Theirs. Your shots are too tight. It needs to breathe so people can imagine how they will be living.

While your photos look nice with shallow DOF and framing etc.. its not useful for this purpose. People don't look with an 70mm or higher FOV. Your pics are too tight and focused and just not relevant. People need to see what the whole house/room looks like and not little features. The initial house photos are a perfect example of this. Yours cuts off the upper floor and the fact that it's semi detached. Their photos speaks volumes where as yours focuses on tiny details.

Yours are the ones you'd want to see after theirs have demonstrated the house fits the bill.

I like your first picture, but I wonder if it oversells it slightly, i get the impression there is would be more open space to the left than there is, I don't notice the path is a bit patch, the garden looks a bit nicer, and you seem to have edited out the satellite dish and burglar alarm.
Photo might get you more interest, but if people are then slightly underwhelmed when they view is that going to help you sell it?

I think in all three cases their photos make things look bigger/more spacious. Producing positively misleading photos is something (arguably the only thing) estate agents tend to be good at.

There's OP. As you've said the pro's one are all in a similar style. They look better on a website side by side with other properties all shown in the same proportion etc., allowing a very quick visual comparison by people scanning the web page,.

I don't think I've ever seen any with the fridge open though...
