One by Ronseal, two by Hozelock, no problem with any of them, over 10 years old all of them.

Lidl had a 5 litre recently that I picked up, cheaper than the toolstation / screwfix offering.

Better made too, brass wand and pressure gauge. No complaints to date.

Have you thought of one of these, just looking myself, would save the pumping.

For a 5/8 litre, go for a decent brand, the cheapies don't last, and won't take common spares. E.g. Spear and Jackson are ok (available on amazon). The better ones are marketed for solvents and have more brass and less plastic.

For a garden, I assume you're not looking for a knapsack sprayer.

Ordered yesterday, received today and it works very well.
Just sprayed the weeds around the driveway in a fraction of the time.
Installed it into the old 5 litre pump up bottle.

Thanks ZeD
