Quite simply - the water trough for my horses keeps freezing.

I don't want a powered water heater in it. I think a powered "ball" that rolls around the bottom thus keeping the water moving and stopping it freezing would be the ideal combination - but I can't find sucha gadget.

Any ideas either to stop the trough freezing, or where i can find a wiggly ball.
