LED strip for undershelf lighting

I've just built some open shelves to replace some kitchen cabinets and would like to fit a strip of LEDs under the bottom shelf both for task and some extra ambient lighting.

I have an existing dimmer switch hard wired to a cupboard that's immediately adjacent so I guess I'm looking for a mains dimmable driver in the cupboard to power the strip?

Anything better than this for what I need to do?
