Question about house rendering costs

Hi

I have a 2 bed end of terrace sized house, (medium size for a 2 bed end of terrace), which has pebble dashing. I have always hated the rendering.

The area is SW Hertfordshire.

I was looking online and it said for average for Lime rendering in south east UK, a 2 bed semi, £4-6k. I was thinking that isn’t bad price, I was assuming along the lines of £15k.

I haven’t had any quotes yet, though if this is highly achievable, it is something I might look at.

Anyone have any input on rendering have you had any done recently?

I think it's plain Brick, as it's Victorian built, then the pebbledash placed over it.

Could be anywhere from £5k to £10k really depending on area involved.
