Anybody know about Eufy doorbells?

Help, I’m tearing my hair out! I have fitted a 1080 battery doorbell and it doesn’t seem to be recording video, I’m getting notifications to my phone everytime the motion sensor is triggered, but no recording on the hub (it has an sd card).
I’m sure it’s something simple, but I’m b*ggered if I can work it out.

Can you see a live video view?

There’s nothing at all listed in the Events tab at the bottom of the app screen?

Check the power management settings. Some of the options limit recording.

Go to security settings, select the hub/chime, whichever the doorbell is synced to, then check the settings for home (and others) and ensure that video recording is ticked for the doorbell.

Format the card again and retest.
If you put the card in a pc, can you write files to it ok?
