Knee Operated tap - drip fix

Just wondering how / what to buy to fix a dripping tap.

Trouble is its a non-standard commercial knee operated tap. Push lever with knee and water comes out, release and water stops.

Does the valve come apart? Or is it a case of replacing the whole thing?[url]

From the spout into the basin, obviously passing through a failed seal.
