HI All,

We are having a total 'Main' bathroom overhaul and as part of that process, we ordered Naturewall Shower Panels - having first ordered samples.

Unfortunately, many of the panels (c.50%) have been damaged on arrival - mostly, the corner edges have been damaged. This has only been a partial problem, given that the bathroom fitter has been able to use some of them, as he has had to trim quite a few of them.

We've now reached a stage where we want to fit full panels and we haven't got any that are undamaged. We've asked for replacements for the damaged panels and they've sent replacements - also damaged on arrival. So folk may think that we should have checked all the boxes (a large & heavy pile) as they arrived - but we checked them as we opened them and used them. At the moment, I certainly cannot recommend Naturewall (not a helpful or sympathetic company) - wish we'd gone with Karndean or similar.

We now have 7 fullsize (& uncut) damaged panels and a bathroom where half the walls are unfinished. The panels aren't a standard size, so we can't source ones of the same size (and fitting) elsewhere. The company has said they will give us a refund for any unused panels - but that's no use, as we need new ones to complete the bathroom; they send replacements, which always arrive damaged.

I'm not sure what course of action to take; yes, we can (allegedly) get a refund for full panels that are returned - but what about the ones that are cut and fitted to the wall ? If we go for a totally different type of panel, it is going to cost us to have the panels that we have used removed and we will have lost the money it cost us to buy them. I'm really not sure how we get this bathroom completed - any kind and helpful guidance would be much appreciated.
