Options for a garage floor

Hi. I'm coming to the end of a garage rebuild and have started considering flooring options. At the moment it's concrete. I'm struggling to work out the pro's and con's of the various options and wondered if I could get some real world feedback from the PH massive.

Requirements - cost effective, durable, easy to maintain and look good. Size of space is apx 5m x 5m. Used for storage and small workshop, with possibility to keep a vehicle when funds allow.

What are your thoughts?

To be honest, so long as the concrete has a reasonable finish then I just seal it. That stops the dust and also makes it easy to clean out. Spend the money on getting the cars to fill it.
