Basement Shower Room

Thought I'd ask here for inspiration - I am trying to finish off our basement with a view to making it a self contained unit. To do this I need to install a shower room and the layout is making it less than ideal.

This small room seems to work best but presents a challenge as it has a door to the outside so will need to be partitioned. All walls apart from the one with the window don't offer an extraction option

Any bright ideas where I could situated a shower and sink? A toilet would be a bonus but not necessary.
