Not really an issue but I’m curious as to why this has happened and you lot are a knowledgeable bunch.

I painted my garage floor last summer and all seemed dry when I did it. I’ve noticed over winter that in one spot the floor is wet, an area the size of paint can base. It’s turning the paint and primer underneath back to liquid form when it seemed once dry.

There is a rain water gutter (pictured) that goes under the garage floor to a manhole under the nose of the Astra. But I assume it runs along the wall to the gutter mirrored on the front of the garage, not where the wet patch is (marked red). So I’ve ruled that out.

Could be contaminated in that spot? Let me know what you think.

Are you sure that's not where the air-conditioning condensation drain on the car is? That'll generally keep dripping for a while after you park.

Of course that doesn't really explain the colour.

I thought similar but nothing seems to drip after being parked.

The red colour is the original colour of the floor I painted over.
