Suggestions for removing cuprinol from wooden decking...

Hi there im looking to stain my wooden decking with light stainer and im trying to remove my old brown cuprinol paint which is about 3 layers deep! Ive tried a battery palm sander and pressure washer to no avail. Any ideas before i torch the f*****?lol

When considering time, hassle and mess I would be looking at replacing the boards.

Yeah im thinking the same. I think composite decking is the way forward!
