Need Cost-Effective Conveyancer for Probate Sale with Trust

Can anyone recommend a cost-effective conveyancing solicitor or law firm who can handle the sale of a probate property where probate has already been granted and there's an existing Declaration of Trust in place?

The trust is already formalised and registered on the title, so ideally someone who’s familiar with these situations and won’t charge premium rates just because it involves a trust.

Would really appreciate any suggestions — especially if you’ve used them personally. Thanks in advance!
