We have led strip lights mains powered in, the controller works but the lights do not dim, change colour etc.

Only started today, lights did flash white then go blue but now when you turn them on with the mains switch they go straight to blue.

I am no expert with this kind of thing, any ideas please.

TIA

Are you able to upload pictures of the controller, the driver(s) and any other bits plugged in (sometimes with these you get a seperate blender unit that does the colour mixing and dimming).

I will do, the units I think are in a waterproof box under that worktop. The remote works as in it lights up, but it won’t dim the lights, use the wheel to change colour or turn them off, I have to switch off at the light switch.

Sounds like the battery has gone in the remote.

We have these, but haven’t used the remotes since they were first set up, as they’re on a separate light switch.

The batteries appear ok, there is a little red light on the remote when a button is pressed. It looks like a Zigbee remote to me.
