Front garden dwarf wall needs replacing/repairing and I was after any suggestions for alternatives to replacing it with another wall.

I think its beyond simply repointing so would need to be dismantled anyway. It abuts the pavement so would need to be safe and withstand dog piss.

From the photo that wall doesn’t look too bad. Re-point, rebuild the loose bricks and replace the copings with ones that have a lot more mass.

Of course, if you don’t like the wall then that’s a different matter.

That neat hedge (box?) looks great.

Half height fence panels?

My mums old house had a wall like that all around the front garden and it started to collapse. Stepdad needed a quick and dirty job so we just installed met posts, posts and half height panels around it. Lasted 15 years.

If you wanted to be fancy you could do a few rows of bricks at the bottom then the fence?

Stones of some sort, stood on edge.

Or large format 40mm porcelain on edge, would certainly be impervious to dog piss.

To be frank it's not a pretty wall. Why not remove it and let the plants behind grow forward?

Go for something thats in keeping with the house, and neighbours houses.
My road is full of 1930's houses which look lovely, but one house has replaced the front wall with wire gabions filled with stone. Nice in itself but is quite a modern look which doesn't look right and stands out like a sore thumb.
