Looking for a tall lava lamp
Discussion
I have a tall lava lamp. The window/tube part with the lava is about 25-30cm and diameter about 15cm.
However, it's old and uses 80W.
I'm trying to find a replacement but the ones on Amazon (Nova and Blob Labs) seem short and narrow. They are about 30-40cm tall top to bottom, so only about 15cm for the "window".
Can anyone recommend larger ones to sit on a desk? Maybe window size of 30-50cm. Ideally 25-30W.
No rocket designs, just a tower/column.

Try these people. I bought a few as presents and they look good. Bought a candle one works well.

You need the high wattage for the heat that melts the wax. The taller the lamp the higher the wattage required for it to work.
I guess is possible that the most modern lamps use a different wax than before but it doesn't immediately resemble a huge industry awash with innovation capital.
But it's not lost heat as the excess emits into the room etc.
