SIP Garden Room (recommendations)

The old log cabin at the bottom of the garden I've been using as a gym is on its last legs, so I've been looking at replacing it.

Would like a garden room, preferably a SIP system. Can anyone recommend (relatively) cost-effective SIP kit supplier or supplier and installer that does Nationwide or Essex please? Size wise looking for something around 5m wide and 4m ish deep. One limitation I've come across is internal ceiling height, they tend to be too low for a proper weights rack, certainly one you could do a pull up on, so ideally I'm looking for something with a 2.5m internal ceiling height.
