Flat head mop with semi fixed head?

Apologies for the depths of mundanity in this post.
Tried googling for one and no luck.

Anyone recommend a flathead mop that you can fix the head in place if you want or have it ‘loose’ swivelling? Ideally, with the washable micro fibre noodle type mop head.
