Is there a way to do this..
I've got an integrated bin in a 600mm cupboard. Is there anything I can buy to make to cupboard electric.

Think I've found something unsure how good it is.

Aren’t you better looking for a linear actuator that gives you enough stroke and power to open the door and move the bin?

https://amzn.eu/d/0je7k0I or similar. Obviously you don’t want too much speed or power else it might fling you across the kitchen smile

Wonder how I could set this up with some form of automation. There is a Blum system that is semi automatic.

I have the libero system.

It is very useful if hands are dirty from food prep.

We paid a lot less than the price in your link.

Small proximity switch pointing down to the ground by the plinth would be a good trigger if your hands are full of rubbish or dirty. You can just wave your foot under it to open the door like the tailgate of some modern cars.
