Soft close kitchen fridge hinge

I have an integrated fridge freezer with fixed hinge brackets. The door is quite sharp in closing. I don't think there is any adjustment in the hinge. Can I buy soft closing hinges?

Might be easier/simpler to see if one of the small anti-slam pistons would work first.

From past experience they can be a bit of a pain as the mountings are not universal, should have the brand on them somewhere and then you can google to see if they do a soft close version.

Is you kitchen door fixed to the fridge with no hinges on the carcass?

if so then thats the way it works, its a better way to work than the ones with the carsass hinge IMO.

It's definitely a better system. The old fridge ge had the runner type thing which if anything ever gets out of line over time is a nightmare.

I was just hoping to eredicate the 'slam' of the door when the kids use it. I have obviously told them countless times but you may as well talk to yourself!

Keep a hammer by the fridge, every time they slam the door , whack them on the fingers with the hammer. Simple.
