Are the posts rotten or is it the soil around the postcrete that's starting to give way?

I'd probably go down the concrete post route for replacement.

Getting the old ones out will be interesting and require your neighbour to be onboard as well as allow access from his side.

Cut them down to around 2ft and then lift them out with a post lift after breaking up the postcrete with an electric concrete hammer chisel.

Gloves / eye protection / face mask / crown jewels box or get the wife to do it.

Sit some more attractive panels on top of the brick work and bolt supporting posts on your side of the wall

Treat them with Sikkens and change your PH handle

Could you cut them off at floor level, then use new concrete posts a foot over, adding a short panel to fill the gap ?

We put in Durapost this year, 1" steel fence posts in an H so you drop composite of battens for your fence into it. Really good, slim solution, without the problem of rotting in the future
