Kitchen Revamp

I want to rearrange some kitchen cabinets. What are the do’s and don’ts for re-purposing in-situ a fitted Symphony 3-drawer base cabinet to accommodate a built-under electric oven? My question relates to suitability of the fitted cabinet because the existing oven electrical circuit is adjacent to it.
Also, would it be difficult to fit the above 3 drawers into a different non-Symphony base cabinet?
