Dulux bathroom paint water stains
Discussion
I've not used the paint, but I used Dulux trade for a dark blue coat room and it marked all the time, I was told to put a sealer on it to stop any kind of marks, which it does!
Not sure how you'd deal with the existing water marks though, go talk to a decorators center

Is it just from splashes, or is it also from condensation? Is it sticky?
Look up surfactant leaching.
We had that in both our bathrooms painted with Dulux diamond matt.
Hot soapy water and a firm sponge 'scrubbed' it off. Once it had eventually finished leaching over say 6 months and we had cleaned it the last time it didnt come back, 5 years ago now.
