Porcelain slabs chipped

Had a fair few slabs delivered and they have small chips in them. The company and going to resend but I was under the impression these are quite hard and solid. These possibly look like a fork lift has bashed them? Annoying as there seems to be quite a few chipped.
Also is this spec of slab 'good'? There was a chap on there that seemed to know his stuff, M3jappa I think it was.
