Flooring expert - opinion required...

The first few images you are about to see will look totally normal. And I guess all things considered, they are. But there is a sticking point - no pun intended.
Beneath the next few shots is a deeper dive into something that is really irritating me with our "now complete" renovation. I still can't work out how much of an issue it is but you can be the judge. This is Amtico Herringbone Flooring, clip and lock, provided by Magnet, in Linear Oak finish. It runs through the whole of our downstairs. The whole lay was done by builders who levelled all the floor, across 4 rooms.
The images get closer and closer but you will see what I am on about at the end.
If you haven't yet spotted,
There is a small join that is raised. It hasn't moved in 3 weeks despite heavy traffic and we believe it is "clipped" in, but it doesn't align. It is small, but it is noticeable. There is no obvious movement underfoot, and no rocking. But, it just stands out and as it in the middle of our kitchen it has become quite an annoyance. I wouldn't even say you could feel it if you slide your feet about on it - but - its not right.
Am I being pedantic?
Is this easy to resolve?
This will likely remain as it is for some time - should I try and get it fixed?
We have tonnes of flooring left so we have stock but the join under the cabinet is siliconed and sealed. What would you do?
