Neilsen driver - charger required
Discussion
An older model Neilsen CT3970 has come into my possession and works perfectly fine however I do not have a battery charger for it. Rather than throw the thing away I thought I would see if I could find a replacement charger. The problem is that Neilsen do not make them anymore and no spares are available from them or their supplier. NB Neilsen have the CT3970 listed as an impact wrench on their website not a driver!
As I say the driver is a CT3970 which they still advertise however the battery pattern must be different now. They helped me out with the part number of the old charger which is JLH282101500B
My internet searches do not throw up any matches for the JLH282101500B.
Can anyone suggest my next moves? If I can get a charger at a reasonable price I'll keep the driver.
Thanks

The battery is CT4791, but it looks like you need a round pin charger that goes into the tool, not a "cartridge" style for the battery.
Specs on the battery show 40W 21V DC 1500mA with positive middle. So you need to find a charger that'll comply to that, and the charger port size. There are loads of 21v chargers on Amazon, just need to check they'd fit.
Electronics bamboozle me, so I don't want to recommend a charger, but someone might be able to find one. Or, get a Neilsen to *insert favourite power tool brand here* converter, so you can use any existing batteries you may have.

Unfortunately there is no place to plug a charger into the tool itself by the looks.
Is there a round DC connector charging port on the battery itself?Unfortunately there is no place to plug a charger into the tool itself by the looks.

That's not a charger hole on the tool, it's a threaded insert for a belt/joist clip. The charger is separate in that box and clips onto the battery (flat black plastic thing).
Looks to me very much like a DeWalt 18v battery clone, so I'd start there - you can get DeWalt chargers online for about a tenner.

To answer some of the other questions/comments...
Mine is a driver not an impact wrench. Either they gave me the wrong number or they have upgraded that part number from a driver to an impact wrench - see photo.
The battery is still working as I haven't run it down.
I don't need more tools I just wanted to see if I could keep this one working so as not to just throw it away.

You can get 3d printed adaptor plates so that you can use one make battery in another make tool. Stands to reason you could charge using those adaptor plates...
