Flat roofs and Cambridgeshire roofer recommendations
Discussion
We've got a flat bathroom roof and flat garage roof on our property which need replacing. I've patched them a few times, and they have lasted decades, but now they need totally replacing before next winter, the edging is breaking up and ideally I'd like to replace the ancient fascia too all at once.
Our neighbours had theirs done a couple of years ago by a local roofer, but they've had endless problems with water pooling and then leaks, which they've had re-repaired several times.
Any recommendations for a decent roofer in Cambridge(shire), who preferably you've used and are happy with their workmanship?
I've considered pitching the garage roof (it's a large double) by a couple of degrees to allow water run-off to the longest edge adding guttering, but I'm not sure it's worth the work/cost (and I wouldn't be doing it, it'd be the roofer!).
Houses around here mostly have felt on these flat sections, including ours, a couple have recently replaced with GRP - any tips, suggestions?
TIA
