A couple of my double glazed windows are quite stiff to open.

What's the best lubricant to use?

Silicone Spray Lubricant or Dry Lubricant with PTFE?

Or is there a better option?

A window fitter we knew recommended GT85.

I'm a massive fan of GT85 - I use it on everything, it's also great penetrating fluid for rusted bolts and the like

I used a Teflon-based spray to lubricate one of ours. It was so effective that the window will no longer 'stay put' when opened - the slightest gust of wind blows it wide open!
