Help ID'ing a power supply

Need some help with this one

I see the model no as DB-05-12DL 41/9
PRI is the usual 230/240V
SEC I assume is output. Is it 12V, Max 6VA
Below I assume is a 2 core cable where one is power, the other not
On the model number what does 12DL mean? 41/9?
Am I missing anything?

Those are AC output which is completely different to the one in the OP. Looking at the rather out of focus image it looks like it's a 12V DC supply at 6VA(so 500 mA current). We would need to see the connector on the end of the lead to be able to recommend an equivalent one. This looks like the same spec - https://www.acadaptorsrus.co.uk/products/replaceme...

Is it a DC output? Pri, Sec and VA suggests its a transformer, so AC.
It's such a blurred mess, there is a symbol that would indicate what the output was if it was legible.
It's a generic 240V AC to 12VDC 500ma supply from TDCPower. https://www.tdcpower.com/
The challenge will be finding one with the right DC connector (which you haven't shown), but the easy answer is to just replace the connectors with something easily available.
