This house seems very cheap.
Discussion
Does anyone have any thoughts on this?
It seems very inexpensive for what it is. Any obvious red flags to the experts here? (Apart from it being in Wem, obs!)

The location/streetview/what is opposite is interesting?
I went and had a look at it a few days ago, just from the outside. It's fine, down a side street as you can see, and wheelie bins around, but no obvious big issues, other than access when moving in, as the street is narrow.

There's a funeral director very nearby. I hope that isn't relevant.
Otherwise - it's down a bin alley, with pretty poor access.

Just seems a lot of house for the money to me, though. And it is empty, it's been on the market for a few months, perhaps a probate sale, so there may be room for significant negotiation as well.
And just to add to the challenges. It's G2 listed.
