Looking for a primer for painting concrete block paving. The paint for block paving is solvent based if that makes any difference. I painted the drive last year and it's flaked slightly.
Look into the brand 'Jotun'. They have a range of concrete primers and paints, and in my experience their stuff is incredibly hard wearing and well placed.
