Wasp nest but near pond

Hello all

Got stung the other day watering plants . Ive now seen they are in a bush ( under where roots are) .

I would bait / raid / flamethrower but its near our pond

Any ideas ?

I tried the soap dish water down the hole but they are still there like nothing happened

Ive been stung. We have a catio that isn't far.

Theyve ruined one plant already.

Dump some powder in the hole? If you're worried about it drifting then dont squirt it, put it into a container on a suitably long stick and tip it in.
