Registering a trust (half share house after parent death)

My father passed away 22 months ago.
He left his 50% share of the house to my sister and i in a trust in the will.
My mother owns the other 50% and has a lifetime right to live in he property.
Standard for this sort of thing.
How do i go about registering the trust?
Any advice?

My will is that type
“ What paperwork is needed?
Usually:
Obtain probate for the deceased’s estate.
Transfer the deceased’s share to the executors or trustees.
Update the Land Registry to show the new ownership or trust arrangement.
If a trust is created by the will, the trustees (often the surviving spouse and/or children) are usually entered on the title”
“ So the trust already exists from the date of death; what often remains is registering the trustees and restriction correctly at the Land Registry”
