Registering a trust (half share house after parent death)

My father passed away 22 months ago.

He left his 50% share of the house to my sister and i in a trust in the will.

My mother owns the other 50% and has a lifetime right to live in he property.

Standard for this sort of thing.

How do i go about registering the trust?
Any advice?
