What's "in the fire risk conditions"? - Im guessing you know where the OP lives ? because it's not all brown and dry across the whole UK.

Just as an FYI for anyone that wants to know. It's 100% legal to set off fireworks before 11pm, any day of the year, with that being extended on bonfire night, NYE, and a few religious festivals. You of course need to weigh up the fire risk at any time, and currently, its likely you need to be very careful. My next door neighbours burnt down a new RangeRover last month, by having a fire barrel too close. Nothing to do with the weather, mind you.

I used to be in the pyro industry, but exited a year or two after covid. Dog ownership went through the roof, facebook moaning accellerated, and the general attitude towards fireworks changed suddenly. Fun times they were! before project "be offended"/"moan in large groups" kicked off.

Hopefully the OP lives nowhere near me, there’s enough idiots setting off display level fireworks in back gardens as it is.

I use galactic fireworks, for bonfire night. Always been great.

Yes fireworks are legal untill 11pm so you'll get about 1 hour of twilight to attempt to start a fire in the surrounding area!
