Identify this worktop please

Currently up in the Yorkshire Dleas staying at a beautiful cottage.

Intrigued as to what the worktop is made of and how it is assembled.

There are absolutely no visible joints yet it is the width of the kitchen, has a sink and drainer moulded
In and a vertical panel at the and of the island.

Look underneath. Anything printed on?

Are your cabinets fully lined? Again if not look up inside to see the under side of the worktop

No visible joints indicates to me it s acrylic.

There are joints in it but you have to know roughly where and get right down and look along it.

It s a very useable material is acrylic as it can be sanded, filled and no visible markings are left.

I did look under the worktops but nothing printed I can see.

As it’s white, any imperfection would normally be really noticeable but there’s nothing I can see

Very impressive however it is done. Looks like people have chopped stuff up directly on it but it is very tough.

Just looked under the sink and there’s a big sticker on there

If you can cut and machine wood accurately you can do solid surface. 25 years ago I was quoted£5k just for kitchen worktops. I contacted a Chinese company and for £1.8k delivered to my door bought enough to do all worktops, full height to under cupboard splashbacks and an entire bathroom and shower area instead of tiles. I bought all the trend routers, extractors cutters etc new and got back 80% of their cost selling them on eBay. 85 % of my joins were totally invisible. The other 15% very very passable unless you knew where to look .
