New build garage floor 6.0 x 3.0m with bare concrete floor. Can’t be arsed to prep and paint so looking at interlocking tiles of which there seems to be a million options. Are they all as good/bad as each other?

Ideally I want the flooring to be suitable for use with a car stored on and occasionally up on ramps/stands and I’d prefer it didn’t bow/lift. Any recommendations?

The interlocking tiles arent all the same. Most places will send out samples, the decent ones are approx 7mm but some are quite a bit thinner at 3-4mm and some it's visible the plastic is recycled - which is fine as long as youre comparing like for like prices. I ended up going with mototile after quite a bit of searching about but that was around 10 years ago.

I've got 5mm solid Flexi-tile tiles in my garage. Spent ages reading on here and elsewhere online. Got a few quotes. It's hard to decide which is ultimately 'best'.

Been down 18 months. They bow slightly in the sun at the entrance if I leave the garage door open. Doesn't cause an issue and settles down again. Bike kick stand will leave an indentation (I use a little pad to avoid this). Other than that no issues.

They contacted me last week chasing a review, and asking if I knew anyone else wanting to make an order. They might be trying to drum up business.

I had these in my old workshop for a few years and am about to lay them in my new garage and workshop https://www.garagefloortilecompany.com/collections... They’ve been excellent.

As others have said they’re not all the same. You want these kind of heavier duty tiles that are more resistant to movement and to damage.

I'm currently renovating my garage and after reading the various threads on here I went with 7mm Evotile from Garage Pride. I didn't want "clicky clacky" plastic and these feel great under foot and are sturdy but easy to cut. Time will tell if they were the right choice.
