How to clean this window? Tool?

I have a window like this where only the bottom pane swings outwards (mine is only 1 wide not 2 like example). It is exceedingly difficult to clean the outside (it’s not ground floor). I need to clean the one that opens plus the one above it.

Any ideas? Any cheap tool you know of that would somehow allow me to operate sponge out and at an angle like Mr Gadget?

We use window cleaning poles for similar things to save leaning out of a window at height. They’ll cost you a few quid, b7t are the right tool for the job.

Have you checked the brackets? They can have little clasps that you can push that allows the window to either fully open or invert to allow easy access to both that window and the one above.

Ours do exactly that, there is a little catch on the opener that then allows them to "over open". if you see what I mean.
