As title, are there good and bad ones?

A friend is looking at a property where the conservatory has been turned into a kitchen with a insulated roof replacement (old big house converted into 3 smaller ones) there is however no form of heating in the kitchen, there is gsh to rest of property + woodburner in lounge, I've said the kitchen will be freezing in winter due to there being no form of heating, estate agent has said "it shouldn't be difficult to add a radiator" but I have said if this is the case why has current owner (who had the rood replaced) not done so, friend has booked a second viewing and asked me to go with and have a look.

There are all different systems, for good quality to bodged crap. We use the Supalite system. It has 200mm of insulation in the roof.
